Location and getting there

The resort sits in the heart of the Jungmun resort area in Seogwipo, right next to The Shilla Jeju, which you can walk over to. It is a short walk to Jungmun Beach too, with Cheonjeyeon Waterfall and a botanical garden nearby — so the main attractions of southern Jeju are close at hand. From Jeju International Airport it is about 38 km, roughly 50 minutes by car.

Things to know before booking

Starting rates are on the high side — from about $194 a night and climbing toward $486 in peak periods. The airport is about 50 minutes away by car, so plan your arrival around that rather than expecting a quick transfer. Because this is a large resort, the pool and lobby can get busy at peak times. And while the castle theme is the signature here, some guests find it a little dated.
