If your mental picture of the trip is landing at MPM, reaching the hotel fast, pulling back the curtain to a morning bay view, lingering over the buffet, then putting the kids in the pool under the palms before heading out to work or explore the city — this is the most well-rounded choice in Maputo. But if you expect an all-out modern boutique with every detail dialed in, the classic design here may feel a touch plain.
