A family of four sleeps comfortably without anyone crowding the bed. Reviews land on the same three words again and again: roomy, clean, good value.

The honest thing to flag before you book is that some units have seen a lot of use — the air-con doesn't always cool enough, water pressure can be weak, and a few rooms come up short on hand towels. The easy fix is to check everything the moment you walk in: switch on the air-con, run the water, count the towels. Flag anything to the front desk straight away and they'll sort it before you head out for the day.

Food and amenities

Things to know before booking

Set expectations on the building itself: some rooms feel worn, the air-con can run lukewarm in spots, water pressure is weak in places, and certain sides of the building catch outside noise. None of it is a dealbreaker, and the front desk will move you if a room isn't right — but if you need everything pin-sharp and brand-new, this isn't that hotel.

For families and groups of friends who want to share one room — four or five people with enough personal space and a kitchen to use, on a mid-range budget — Suasana fits the bill nicely. The all-suite layout is the whole point.

If you're fussy about a brand-new building and rooms that are flawless down to the last detail, this may not be your pick. But if you value space and value over polish, it's a solid choice in this price band.
