The trade-off is straightforward. Location and beach score the highest here — 9.0 and 8.5 — but the overall 8.0 is dragged down by rooms that feel dated next to the newer resorts. Pricing is mid-range for this list, opening around $80 a night rather than the budget end. And on long weekends and holidays the rooms go quickly, so lock in your dates early.
