In-Depth Review
Rooms and decor
The 149 rooms are done in warm contemporary tones and were refreshed over the past few years, with a minibar, flat-screen TV, fast free Wi-Fi and a clean, modern shower-and-tub bathroom. The detail guests mention most is the quiet: many reviews say the rooms are far quieter than expected for a street this size, thanks to the heavy double-glazing fitted throughout the building. Some rooms look straight out onto the Champs-Élysées, and the upper floors photograph beautifully — the double row of trees runs all the way to the Arc de Triomphe. Deluxe rooms have the extra space that makes a 3 to 4-night stay comfortable, while a Superior does the job for a short trip. Cleanliness comes up again and again as a strong point.
Food and amenities
The Le W restaurant serves contemporary French food across lunch, dinner and a Sunday Brunch that reviewers praise for both the room and the cooking. The menu shifts with the season and leans on fresh market produce. The buffet breakfast runs about EUR 35 a head, with fresh fruit, just-baked bread, yogurt and hot options across French and international choices. Beyond that you get a bar, 24-hour room service, valet parking and a front desk that reviews call warm, fast and genuinely useful. There's no pool and no spa — but for a 4-star in this location, the package holds up well.
Location and getting there
George V on Metro Line 1 is about a 5-minute walk. Line 1 carries you to the Louvre and Châtelet without a change, and on to the La Défense business district at the western edge of the city. The Arc de Triomphe is an 8 to 10-minute walk, and the Champs-Élysées on both sides of the hotel is packed with cafés, boutiques, restaurants and shopping. You open the door and start sightseeing on foot — no taxi required.
Things to know before booking
Two honest trade-offs. There is no pool and no spa on site, so swimmers and spa-goers should look at a larger 5-star nearby. Breakfast is not included and the EUR 35 buffet strikes many guests as overpriced — a neighbourhood bakery is cheaper and arguably better. And valet parking carries a steep avenue surcharge, so unless you truly need the car, take Line 1 from George V instead.
Our take
Warwick Paris suits couples who want the full Champs-Élysées experience and business travelers who need a central Paris base at a sensible price — solid quality, warm service and the single best address on the avenue at a 4-star budget. If the whole point of the trip is to live on the Champs-Élysées and you don't want a long haul to your hotel, the Warwick makes everything easy. Score 8.4/10.

The Honest Verdict — pros & what to know
- An address genuinely on Avenue des Champs-Élysées, not just nearby — you open the front door and step straight onto the avenue, a 5-minute walk from George V Metro.
- Contemporary rooms refreshed in recent years, with the front desk repeatedly praised in reviews for warm, fast and genuinely helpful service.
- The Le W restaurant serves all three meals plus a Sunday Brunch, with a seasonal French menu built on fresh market produce that reviewers single out.
- Fast free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service and valet parking, with double-glazed windows that keep the avenue quiet even on a busy street.
- Positioned between the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde, with cafés, boutiques and restaurants on both sides of the door — very walkable all day.
- No swimming pool and no spa in the building, so if you want either you will need to look at one of the bigger 5-star hotels in the area.
- Breakfast is not included in the room rate; the buffet runs about EUR 35 a head, which many reviewers find too pricey for what it is.
- Valet parking carries a steep Champs-Élysées surcharge, so unless you truly need the car, Metro Line 1 from George V is the faster and far cheaper option.

Insider Tips
- Ask for a high floor on the Champs-Élysées side when you book — the avenue lit up at night, with the trees running toward the Arc de Triomphe, is the view to have, and the double-glazing means you won't hear the traffic.
- Reserve the Le W Sunday Brunch 3 to 5 days ahead even as a hotel guest; the Champagne buffet sells out and the room is noticeably nicer than the generic brunch spots elsewhere on the avenue.
- Skip the EUR 35 buffet on a slow morning and walk to a neighbourhood boulangerie instead — fresh croissants and coffee cost a fraction of the price and feel more like real Paris.
