Past the pool sit three saunas: an eco sauna, warm and humid and easy on the body for beginners; an infrared sauna that drives heat deep into the skin, popular with athletes for muscle recovery; and a traditional Finnish sauna running a dry 80-90°C that the real sauna crowd loves. Alongside is a relaxation area with loungers facing the garden, where you can sip herbal tea after a session. The spa itself runs a range of treatments — Swedish oil massage, deep tissue, and dedicated facials — and plenty of reviews praise skilled therapists and calm treatment rooms. The flip side is being close to Podgorica airport (TGD), just a 15-minute drive — ideal if you fly in and want to settle straight away. The spot also sits beside a main highway exit that takes you to Skadar Lake, the largest in the Balkan peninsula, or down to the Budva and Kotor coast in under 1.5 hours. In short, if you rent a car, this location is close to a dream base for touring Montenegro — but without one, budget for a taxi or Uber into town every time.

So if your plan is mostly walking the old town rather than using the spa, this may not be the handiest base. It's best for couples after a quiet retreat, families on longer stays (especially in the Deluxe Apartment), and travelers who fly in, rent a car and use it as a base to tour Montenegro. But if the heart of your trip is wandering the old town or living in the central square, the out-of-centre location will cost you travel time.
